11 typescript volumes of translations of the papers of the surveyors of Louisiana and Florida lands, dating from 1791 to 1817. Contain surveys, Land grants, land claims, and sketch maps. The surveys were made by Carlos Trudeau and Vincente Sebastian Pintado, Spanish royal surveyors.
Typescripts of records deposited in the Louisiana Land Office, Baton Rouge, LA. Volumes contain land claims, land grants, correspondence, sketch maps and other records dating mainly from 1760 to the 1870's pertaining to the West Florida parishes of Louisiana.
