This collection of records from Alexander Hay's office, as well as records from predecessor offices, includes project drawings, related awards, and related clippings. Collection of Reproductions of Theodore Lilienthal New Orleans Photographs
This collection includes copy prints, which were made in 2000, of the original albumen photographs created for the Paris Exposition of 1867. Subjects include, but are not limited to, city districts; churches, synagogues, and convents; hospitals and mental asylums; schools and colleges; streets and neighborhoods; public parks, docks, and waterways; commercial and government buildings; and personal and communal residences.
Collection of Tulane University Building Plans
Howard Memorial Library Plans Collection
This collection includes blueprint copies of original 1886 drawings for Howard Memorial Library, New Orleans, Louisiana, by Henry Hobson Richardson (1838-1886) of Boston, architect. Blueprint copies for shelving in the library’s annex from the 1930s, and an original 1932 drawing by Clare Hightower for a garden (intended for the space later occupied by the annex, but likely unexecuted) are also maintained.
James Freret Office Records
The collection consists of project drawings for commercial, historic, religious, and residential projects throughout Louisiana; travel sketches of Pompeii and throughout Europe; tax receipts; and miscellaneous correspondence associated with New Orleans architect James Freret (1838-1897), dating from 1826-1902.
Lane Cotton Mills Collection
This collection includes a foundation plan, dated 1892, and two letters from builders Charles Garvey and O’Neil and Koch, dated 1892 and 1893, concerning proposals for constructing an addition to the Lane Cotton Mills building, New Orleans, Louisiana.

This collection includes project drawings from the City Engineer’s office in New Orleans, LA, particularly designs for bridges, plans for maintenance and service buildings, and plans for improvements to streets, railroads, and parks. Engineers and architects whose names appear on drawings are Louis H. Pilie, W.H. Bell, and Benjamin Morgan Harrod.

This collection includes project drawings for alterations to the Pickwick Club, 111 Carondelet Street, New Orleans by Toledano and Reusch, architects of New Orleans (Albert Toledano, 1859-1923; Ferdinand Reusch, Jr., 1861-1900). A blueprint of the original front elevation for the building by Hinsdale and Marble, Architects, of St. Louis, Missouri is also maintained.

Drawings were done by New Orleans architects Wolters and Harrod (Henry Wolters, fl. 1870-1890; Benjamin Morgan Harrod, 1837-1912).
