1926-1972. A collection of correspondence, ephemera, news clippings, and publications related to the presence of the Preston Division of the United Fruit Company in Cuba prior to, during, and just after the Cuban Revolution. Of note is a photocopy of a letter to the wife of President Richard Nixon from Mrs. Henry Gilbert Smith regarding political prisoners in Cuba.
