Guy Seghers Office Records
Scope and Contents
This collection includes property survey drawings for commissions throughout Lousiana from the office of New Orleans civil engineer and surveyor Guy Seghers, Jr. (1930-1979), and those of three successive generations of Seghers: Guy Seghers, Sr.; Guy Seghers, Jr.; and Walter J. Seghers, father of Guy Seghers, Sr. Survey drawings and other items from predecessor offices of other Seghers family surveyors are maintained and arranged by project, most by city square number.
