Scope and Contents
Scott Wilson was in public relations and also a major political campaign manager in Louisiana. He led ad campaigns for Maison Blanche, Latin American commerce, Coastal Television Company, New Orleans Cotton Exchange, the City of New Orleans, and the St. Charles Hotel. He worked on the campaigns of such notable politicians as Hale Boggs, John McKeithen, Victor Schiro, F. Edward Hebert, and Allen J. Ellender. The collection consists of personal and business correspondence, advertising campaign material, reading files, and scrapbooks. Also included are campaign materials for notable Louisiana politicians, including Hale Boggs, John McKeithen, Victor Schiro, F. Edward Hebert, and Allen J. Ellender.
